SHIPPING AND RETURNS
We ship Monday to Friday, same day dispatch if ordered and payment is received before 12.30pm Central European time.
All orders are shipped within working days excluding non working days like Saturdays and Sundays.
All orders are shipped from New York, USA.
We ship to all localities in the US UK Canada Australia and Europe. shipping within USA and Canada takes a maximum of 2 to 3 working days while shipping to Australia UK and other European countries takes a maximum of 3 to 5 working days.
Our products are shipped in sealed mylar foil bags to protect the material until use. All products are correctly labeled, but there is no reference to the chemical name or any label on the outer packaging. We have excellent stealth but for specifics please email us at [email protected]
We endeavor to dispatch packages as quickly as possible and customers can expect orders to be dispatched within two business days after receipt of payment.
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns. All orders are final.
All orders above €800 will have their regular mail upgraded via Courier/Registered Mail for FREE.
We are currently offering flat rate of shipping that costs €8.99 AIRMAIL worldwide by POSTNL, this is an Untracked service, no signature, no reship, alternatively you can pay for a tracked courier service for €16.99 within the EU, or POSTNLTRACKED for €22.99. By choosing an uninsured service you agree to the terms.

We are operating with both FedEx and USPS as shipping options. We are still shipping 0-3 business days from payment being confirmed. Priority and Express are being shipped quicker.
USPS and FedEx are still both experiencing delays with shipping and tracking information. We recommend looking into their website to see if you are located in an area that is experiencing heavier delays. Read USPS statement here and FedEx Statement here.

We cannot be held responsible for delays due to customs or postal services, please be patient.
We DO NOT reship any orders seized by customs, it is your responsibility to clear all custom insured bills for your package to be insured before delivered. However if you order was shipped via a tracked, insured service and it is lost we will reship 3 weeks after a normal waiting period (about 21 working days). all extra expenses incurred during delivery will be refunded to you upon the delivery of your package
